There is no denying that this one-size-fits-all approach to healthcare has seen dropped coverage and decreased access to healthcare providers. With access to care restricted, quality of healthcare under the federal law has struggled to meet the mark as well. FOR INSPIRATION: Attorney General Pruitt Wins Important Court Victory 

Oklahoma Attorney General Scott Pruitt won an important victory this week when a federal court struck down the rule that would allow the use of Obamacare subsidies for states with federally managed exchanges. This is the second federal court to strike down this IRS rule. The judge wrote that such a rule was “capricious, arbitrary, an abuse of discretion or other not in accordance with the law.”
